Gary Frost took over the helm at Boston Town during the 2016-17 season having achieved success at Wyberton, who stepped back up to the Lincs League two years ago and were title contenders last season as well as winning the Lincs League Challenge Cup in 2014-15.
Strength and conditioning coach Arun Gray has a degree in sport science with a masters in sports therapy.
With over five years of experience in professional football, he developed athletic development programmes at Peterborough United and Cambridge United academies. He then went on to work for the Premier League as a strength and conditioning coach; working with Norwich City and Derby County.
Arun was the first team sports therapist at Coventry City for the 2016/17 season, before moving back to Skegness to open a sports injury clinic.
Manager Gary Frost said: "Arun has come in and really shaken the boys up. His knowledge of fitness training is amazing. The boys are looking super sharp."
