Two more recruits for Poachers

Paul Goodhand makes permanent return to Tattershall Road

Boston Town's second highest all-time goalscorer Paul Goodhand is making a permanent return to the club.

New boss Nathan Collins has persuaded the midfield wizard to rejoin the Poachers as he bids to drag them away from the United Counties League relegation zone.

He has also snapped up free-scoring winger Tom Hobson from Northern Counties East League side Appleby-Frodingham. Hobson has already netted 12 goals this term.

Goodhand has been helping Boston Town out with a handful of appearances this season but is now committing himself full-time to the cause.

A popular favourite with the Tattershall Road faithful, his return is a huge boost for the club ahead of Collins' first game in charge at home to Yaxley tonight (7.45pm kick-off).
