Sleaford town boss in critical condition after road accident

Boston Town players and  officials have sent best wishes for a speedy recovery to Sleaford Town manager Kris Jones after he was involved in a serious car crash.

He is in intensive care in hospital in Nottingam following the accident on the A1.

Poachers boss Nathan Collins, first team coach Paul Fenwick and players Mark Foster and Shaun Baker have all posted messages of support on Twitter.

Kris previously played for Boston Town, making 44 appearances for the club between 2002 and 2005.

Sleaford's opening UCL fixture against AFC Rushden & Diamonds has been postponed.
