Like buses, you wait ages for a win and then three come along all at once.

Boston Town's recent barren spell seems a distant memory as they breezed past one-time title contenders Leicester Nirvana to make it nine points in the past eight days.

Just as they did at Wellingborough Whitworth on Tuesday, they started like an express train.

Cameron Johnson scored in the first minute before Lewis Scattergood pounced on a goalkeeping error to make it 2-0 to the Poachers seven minutes later.

Johnson extended his tally to six goals in four games just before half-time to effectively seal the victory.

After the break, Seth Greeves earned his corn with some fine goalkeeping but the hosts could easily have won by an even more comfortable margin.

Town: Greeves, Tate, Townrow, Ashton, Field, Ford, Pinner, Bayliss, Johnson, Scattergood, L Maddison; subs used: Turki; subs unused: Borbely, Evison, D Maddison
