Boston Town moved up a place in the table as they battled their way to a valuable point at high-flying Pinchbeck.

They got off to the perfect start when Liam Tunstall gave them a first minute lead, his tghird goal in three games. From a throw-in, the ex-Sleaford striker lobbed keeper Alex Smith, who was deputising for the injured Ricky Lovelace.

It was another former Poacher who hauled the hosts level - Nick Jackson, who headed home after 42 minutes.

Travis Portas pulled off some fine saves to keep in-form Pinchbeck at bay and earn a hard-fought point for Gary Edgley's side.

The draw moves Boston above Kirby Muxloe, who were thrashed 7-3 at home by Sleaford.

Town: Portas, Harris, Tate, Moulds, Watkins, Pinner (Potts), Horton, Cunliffe, Raducan (Chipamaunga), Fenton (Hollingworth), Tunstall, subs not used: Holland, Borbely
