Paul Wilkinson wants both Boston clubs to work together
New Poachers director Paul Wilkinson has called for end to the era of "them and us" between Boston Town and Boston United
He says he's a fan of both clubs and wants them to work together.
The local businessman has joined the Town board of directors with a view to becoming the successor chairman Mick Vines.
Paul told the Boston Standard: “The one thing I want to get across is that I don’t want there to be any more them and us.
“The town is big enough for two teams to do well.
“I’ll still go and watch Boston United sometimes, and I hope they do well. And I hope that more of their fans will come over and watch us when they’re playing away.”
