Charity appeal Charity appeal

Boston Town are lending a hand to Angels Taxis with their Christmas Appeal this year.

The Boston-based firm will be helping the charity Centrepoint Outreach, which supports homeless, lonely and vulnerable people, and Boston Stump.

Angels will be donating items of clothing to the warm rail at the Stump as well as food and drink to Centrepoint.

And now Boston Town chairman Mick Vines has announced the club will be helping out by appealing for donations of clothes and tinned food.

"If anyone has anything that will help, they can drop it off at the club and we will take it to Angels," said Mr Vines.

The following items are particularly needed:

CLOTHING:
Jumpers
Hoodies
Coats
Scarves
Hats
Gloves
Jogging bottoms
Socks

FOOD AND DRINK:
Tins
Tea
Coffee
Sugar
Cereals

An Angels spokesman said: "As a company we believe in helping others where help is needed."
