Boston Town edged out by ten men
Boston Town suffered a narrow home reverse as they returned to action after three postponed games.
Harborough might still be in the title race but the Poachers will be disappointed not to earn at least a point from this game as the visitors played with only ten men for nearly 80 minutes.
Tony Bartlett was sent off after just 12 minutes for a nasty foul - and the hosts had plenty of chances to capitalise on their numerical advantage.
But they were stunned by a double blow just before the interval - first Ben Williams put the Bees ahead from the penalty spot and the Gladman Barnes made it 2-0 in stoppage time.
As the away side tired, Boston threw everything at them - but a late goal by Fraser Bayliss proved to be just a consolation.
The Poachers now travel to Sleaford on Boxing Day, early KO at 2pm.
