Boston Town claim a famous derby double
The Poachers clung onto a dramatic derby victory over in-form Wisbech.
In a breathless match that had everything, they completed a league double over the Fenmen at a bitterly cold DWB Stadium.
Richard Ford headed home from an Aaron Eyett corner to give the hosts the lead after 40 minutes only for namesake and old boy Josh Ford to level before the break.
An own goal saw Boston go back in front after 54 minutes - but it looked like being short-lived again when the visitors won a penalty soon afterwards.
Harry Payne, however, parried the ball onto the bar for a superb save - and Jordan Nuttell then rubbed salt into Wisbech's wounds by making it 3-1.
The drama still wasn't over, with the visitors being awarded another spot-kick which this time saw Craig Parker shown red and Danny Setchell converting.
But the ten men saw out the game to end Wisbech's 16-game unbeaten run.
