Boston Town leapt 5 places up the table after this tempestuous derby win at the DWB Stadium.
They moved to 11th after the visitors hit the self-destruct in the second half.
Gary Edgley's side were impressive before the break as they moved into a 3-0 lead thanks to two goals from Lee Beeson and one from Alex Beck.
Pinchbeck pulled one back two minutes after the interval to set nerves jangling in the home camp.
But then they imploded, with Niall Hylton, Tony Edwards and Nathan Kelly all being shown red cards in a crazy spell of indiscipline.
That left the Poachers able to cruise to victory, with sub Pat Muirhead scoring his first for the first team and Beck doubling his tally at the death.
It was Boston Town's first league win against any of their Lincolnshire rvals in nine attempts.
Although they did beat Sleaford 2-1 in the Lincs Senior Trophy last season, they managed only 3 draws and 5 defeats in their 8 league games agaisnt Sleaford, Deeping, Holbeach and Pinchbeck.
