Boston Town stretched their unbeaten run to nine games with one of their best victories of the season.
They made the daunting trip to Leicestershire knowing they faced a tough task against a third-placed Quorn who hadn't lost at home on their 3G pitch all season.
But a first-half goal by McCauley Park gave them the lead and Lee Beeson made it 2-0 after the break with his seventh of the season.
Quorn, who beat Boston 6-1 on the same ground in the FA Vase in August, pulled one back late on but Gary Edgley's men held on for a famous three points.
The win was only soured by an injury to Lori Borbely, who suffered two broken ribs.
