Boston Town twice came from behind to earn a point in front of of a bumper derby crowd.
Elliot Foster put the visitors in front after half an hour but Fraser Bayliss equalised 3 minutes into the second half. Last season’s top scorer for the Poachers was initially foiled by Deeping keeper Aaron Butcher but netted at the second attempt.
David Burton-Jones restored Rangers’ lead 12 minutes later before Jordan Nuttell made it 2-2 within 3 minutes with a powerful header.
