Boston Town have been drawn away to Leicestershire-based in the FA Vase 1st round proper.
The tie is scheduled to take place on Saturday 21 October.
The Poachers haven’t made it beyond this stage of the competition since 2012-13, when they were knocked out in the 3rd round by Gornal Athletic.
Their best run was in 1993-94 when they reached the semi-finals, but were denied the chance to play at Wembley by Taunton Town.
