Boston Town’s under 18s were edged out at home after a disputed late penalty.
It was a decision that cost the young Poachers the point they felt they deserved.
Lincoln United are the only unbeaten side in the Lincs Intermediate League South and are now top of the table.
Boston’s man of the match was Fin Andrews who was awesome between the sticks.
The young Poachers will be at home to Barton Town in the 2nd round of the Steve Asher Memorial Cup, The tie will take place at the Mortgages For You Stadium on Sunday 3 December, KO 10.45am.
