Boston Town manager Chris Funnell says he’s added depth and quality to his squad after signing Ted Gibbons.
Gibbons played under him in 2023-24 at Lincoln United and has made a further 21 appearances for the Whites this season.
Funnell said: “Ted is a great player and can play in a number of positions but mainly plays in the middle or the top end of the pitch. Ted has undoubted quality and played a massive part in the success at Lincoln United last season, including our 21 game winning run.
“I’m delighted to have him with us, he’ll add more depth and quality to our squad. It feels like we’re getting close to completing our jigsaw and Ted is going to be a massive part of that, in a really pivotal time of the season.”
Gibbons could make his debut for the Poachers on Saturday (18 Jan) at home to Shirebrook Town. kick-off at the Mortgages For Your Stadium will be 3pm.
