Boston Town are thrilled to announce the signing of Matt Cotton, a hugely exciting addition to the squad!
Matt joins us unattached, having spent time traveling the world with his partner, but he’s no stranger to football at this level. The talented midfielder’s last club was Lincoln United, where he proudly wore the armband as club captain for multiple years.
A true maestro in midfield, Cotton isn’t just known for pulling the strings in the middle of the park—he also has a keen eye for goal. During his time at Step 4, Matt regularly hit the back of the net, scoring 20+ goals a season from midfield.
This signing marks a monumental moment for the Poachers, underlining the club’s ambition and determination to build a side capable of competing at the highest level.
