Boston Town moved up 5 places in the table with their 2-0 festive derby win against Sleaford.

They're now 11th - top dogs among Lincolnshire clubs, ahead of both Deeping and Holbeach.

Harry Limb scored his 5th in just 7 appearances for the Poachers on his return to the club.

The on-loan Stamford youngster could have had a hat-trick, forcing Garry Doran into a fine save and hitting the woodwork as well as having an early effort ruled out for offside.

Abou Sylla notched the other goal to make the game safe after it had started to look like the home side might regret missing so many chances.

Kuwsi Ofushine was named Man of the Match on debut for his powerhouse performance in midfield - the award generously sponsored by Newton Fallowell Lettings.

Sam Jackson (pictured), also made his debut as a second half sub.

Town: Portas, J Tate, Thompson, Cunliffe, Watkins, Ford, Beeson (S Jackson), Ofushine, Limb, White, Sylla (Borbely)
